Product Review – DVDFab (DVD Copy Software)
This weekend I popped a DVD into my computer to watch and realized I had no DVD decoder! So rather than just search for DVD player software I decide to search for the full boat. DVD playback, copy, record, and convert (oh and removing copy protection is a bonus too). I had an extra challenge, since my home machine is 64 bit windows I had to get something that would run there too. (BTW, the infrequent issue of software not running on Vista 64 bit is FAR OUTWEIGHED by the HUGE increase in stability and performance of Vista64 vs. Vista32.)

I thought I would start adding some "product reviews" since I do try out a fair amount of products and services. I decided to pick the last product I purchased, the Skype USB Phone Adapter - DPH-50U by D-Link.
I don’t need “Help & Support”
For anyone who has clicked that nice "Help & Support" button in the start menu when meaning to press "Run" or "Printers" you know it is a beast (on some systems) and can interrupt you for quite a few seconds. (I find it very annoying.) Below is a quick tip on how to remove that pesky item.
Cool New Text Input Method For Touch Screens
I am a big fan of T9 since it is installed on my phone and I text message all the time. This new method however looks even cooler. My only problem is I can't spell that fast.
